A. Classroom Roster
The very first assignment for all room parents is to choose a point person to assemble a class roster. In order to facilitate this, a class roster/ rough draft generated by the office will be sent to each teacher for display at Back to School Night (August 24th for (TK/K), September 14th for (1-2) & 15th (for 3-5) 2015). To ensure the most accurate information possible, please have a point person encourage parents to initial and/or make changes to the rough draft. Please have the point person use this information to generate a class roster.
Please stress that this information is for class use only and is circulated only to families of children in your classroom. Participation in the class roster is voluntary, however, it is extremely useful so that each parent can receive pertinent classroom information. Click here for an example roster.
Please date your classroom roster, so if revisions are necessary, there will be less confusion.
Please double check the information on your class roster and make sure to distribute to the families in your classroom. Also check against the class Shutterfly list for accurateness.
