SAFETY AND EMERGENCY COMMITTEE

In May 2016, Carpenter Community Charter won the 31st District PTSA Diana Dixon Davis Health and Safety Award.

The safety of our children is our priority so we work closely with our Principal, Mr. Martinez, to ensure that Carpenter is as prepared as possible in any natural disaster or emergency situation. Our committee continually keeps the emergency bin and classrooms stocked, conducts drills, and updates policies. In addition PTA funds CPR training for Carpenter staff.
